It checks which of 11 core policy areas (schedule, PTO, remote work, benefits, conduct, anti-harassment, discipline, termination, safety, tech use, leave) you have filled in, and shows you a completeness percentage plus exactly which areas are still missing.
Do I need to be technical to turn on AI mode?
No. The included one-command deploy script sets up the optional Cloudflare Worker proxy for you - you answer two prompts and paste the link it gives you into the app. No coding or command-line experience required.
