Does it really send emails and cancel things for me?
It drafts everything for real and organizes the whole campaign — the letter, the channel, the escalation ladder, the follow-up. In this prototype the actual “send” is simulated: you copy the ready-to-send artifact and send it yourself (that is also what keeps you in control and keeps it on the right side of the law). Real send rails are on the documented roadmap.
How is this different from Rocket Money or DoNotPay?
Two ways. First, no success fee — bill-negotiation apps take a 35–60% cut of what they save you; HANDLED takes nothing and you own every artifact. Second, it is transparent and you approve every action, and it handles the whole pile (cancellations, disputes, refunds, fees, claims, data deletion), not just bills. It also never claims to be a lawyer.
